Transparent Pricing (updated 04/06/2026)

Effective April 6, 2026, we will be updating our appointment pricing. This is the first and only price change we have made since Travis started her own practice in 2021. It will help her and her team continue providing the high-quality, meaningful care you love, while keeping our services simple and transparent.

As part of this update, patients paying with CREDIT CARDS will continue to have a 3% processing fee added to their totals at checkout.

Cash, check, and now debit card payments will not incur any additional fees (and remain our preferred payment method ;)

HSA Card users will still receive the cash price for all visits. (The 3% fee only applies to credit card users.)

Types of Appointments:

Many problems require an in-office exam. Some simple, single problems can be managed with a Telemedicine Zoom visit for $115 if you are very ill or out of town. Below is not an all-inclusive list, just some examples of pricing for established patients.

Straight Medicare billing offered; no cost up front!**

**(NOTE: This does NOT apply to Medicare Advantage Plans or Medicare Replacement Plans. These plans will require same-day billing).

New patients have a first-time visit fee of $165, for which extra time will be allowed (60 minutes) and spent with the provider. After that, all follow-up appointments will be $140 (lasting 30 minutes).

Established Visit Examples Include:

• Cold, cough, flu, fever: $115 telemedicine, $140 in office

• COVID early treatment with I-CARE protocol: $115 telemedicine only

• COVID preventative treatment with ivermectin per I-PREVENT protocol: $115 telemedicine, $140 in office

• COVID long haul and vaccine injury treatment with I-RECOVER protocol: $115 telemedicine, $140 in office

• Solumedrol steroid injection: $25

• Rocephin antibiotic injection: $20

• Rapid strep, urine dip, or pregnancy testing: in office $5

• Ear Infections or other illnesses requiring physical exam: $140 in office

• Sutures up to 2.5 CM: $180 (includes supply fee) in office

• Sutures over 2.5 CM: $200 (includes supply fee) in office

• Dermabond: office visit fee + $20 supply fee

• Rashes: $115 telemedicine, $140 in office

• TENS Unit: $100

• Foreign body removal (such as palm tree puncture wounds, hearing aid pieces, splinters, etc.): $140 in office, may have additional supply fee of $20 if local anesthesia needed.

• Ingrown toenail removal: $170 + $20 supply fee

• Pre-operative clearance: office visit fee

• IV hydration: with office visit: $100

• Ondansetron antinausea medication orally, injection, or IV: $10
