Many problems require an in-office exam. Some simple, single problems can be managed with a telemedicine visit for $105 if you are very ill or out of town. Below is not an all-inclusive list. Here are some examples of pricing for established patients.

Straight Medicare billing offered, no cost up front. (This means no Medicare Advantage plans or Medicare replacement plans).

New patients have a first-time visit fee of $150, for which extra time will be allowed and spent with the provider. After that, all follow-up appointments will be $120.

• Cold, cough, flu, fever: $105 telemedicine, $120 in office

• COVID early treatment with I-CARE protocol: $105 telemedicine only

• COVID preventative treatment with ivermectin per I-PREVENT protocol: $105 telemedicine, $120 in office

• COVID long haul and vaccine injury treatment with I-RECOVER protocol: $105 telemedicine, $120 in office

• Solumedrol steroid injection: $25

• Rocephin antibiotic injection: $20

• Rapid strep, urine dip, or pregnancy testing: in office $5

• Ear Infections or other illnesses requiring physical exam: $120 in office

• Sutures up to 4 CM: $175 (includes supply fee) in office

• Sutures over 4 CM: $190 (includes supply fee) in office

• Dermabond: office visit fee + $20 supply fee

• Boil lancing: $145 (includes supply fee) in office

• Rashes: $105 telemedicine, $120 in office

• TENS Unit: $100

• Foreign body removal (such as palm tree puncture wounds, hearing aid pieces, splinters, etc.): $120 in office, may have additional supply fee of $20 if local anesthesia needed.

• Ingrown toenail removal: $170 + $20 supply fee

• Pre-operative clearance: office visit fee + $20 EKG

• IV hydration: with office visit: $95

• Ondansetron antinausea medication orally, injection, or IV: $10
